Minimum EBITDA Of $1,500,000.


Facility have a minimum of 40 Beds.

Private Pay

Facilities must be 85%+ private pay. No Medicaid or waivers.

Age Of Facilities

Facilities must be 20 years old or newer.

Price Per Resident

Monthly rent average must be above $3,500 per resident.
